What Personal data we hold and where does it come from?

Contact details of customers are stored on our Client Access Database (CAD).  This includes name, contact numbers and work/personal e-mail address.  The information we collect comes direct from the customer when enquiring about our courses/services or when enrolling/entering into a contract with MFQ.

 

How do we use your information?

MFQ have legitimate interests in processing your data, to enable us to provide either a consultation or training service. We may also contact you from time to time with regards to marketing communications, to inform you of special offers and promotions, customer satisfaction surveys and notifying you about enhancements to our services, such as changes to the website and new services that may be of interest to you. Should you no longer wish to receive marketing information from us on our products and services, please let us know you wish to opt out from receiving these?

 

Where is the data stored?

Our CAD system is stored on a stand-alone server at our office based in Chorley. The building is securely protected and alarmed and the system the data is held on is password protected.

 

How long do we keep your data?

Data will be kept for a period of 5 years from the time it is no longer needed by MFQ.

Who we share your information with and why?

The data we hold is not shared with any third party with the exception of those that undertake a training course certificated by the CQI & IRCA (Chartered Quality Institute & International Register of Certificated Auditors) for the purpose of providing you with a verifiable record at the conclusion of the training course, and Pure 360 marketing to manage our electronic newsletter communications with you. Both third parties have a policy in place with respect to GDPR.

 

Transfers to third countries

The information you provide us with is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area.

 

Your Rights 
Your personal data is protected by legal rights, which include your rights to object to our processing of your personal data; request that your personal data is erased or corrected; request access to your personal data.
